How do I sign up for Omorovicza Rewards?
Sign up here and create an account by entering your name, email address and password. Joining Omorovicza Rewards is complimentary, giving you access to exclusive email newsletters curated for your tier. If you're already a member or subscribed to our email newsletter, you're already part of Omorovicza Rewards. Just sign in to your account and start collecting points.
What are the benefits of joining Omorovicza Rewards?
Our rewards program is designed to elevate your experience with us as you engage further. With each purchase, members earn rewards points, which can later be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. But that's not all – you also accumulate points by connecting on social media and leaving product reviews. Sign in to your account to see a full list of perks.
How do I view my point balance?
Log into your Rewards account and you will see your point balance at the top of the page. We will also show you your current tier and how many points you need to earn to unlock the next tier.
In there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No, there is no limit to the number of points you can earn. You won’t be able to move up to another tier once you have reached the Muse level, but you will be able to earn further points and unlock rewards based on your points.
I completed an activity but didn’t earn points
You will earn points for every £1 spent or by completing activities in your account. If you have spent £1 or completed an activity and did not receive new points, please reach out to our customer support team customerservice@omorovicza.com to resolve the issue on your account.
Where can I find my points after purchase?
Once you join, your points will be displayed at checkout with every purchase made. You can also log into your account to view a detailed breakdown of your purchases and points earned.
Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
Points will only be awarded for orders placed after the Rewards program was launched on February 13th, 2024. Sign in to your account to view your points and rewards!
Why are my points only calculated in British Pounds?
Although our customers are able to shop and checkout in multiple currencies, our rewards points are based on our GBP currency. At checkout you will only be able to redeem points in British Pounds, but don't worry these can be used against all orders regardless of currency.
How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is determined by your spending over a 12-month period. As you continue to spend, you'll progress through the tiers. Regardless of your tier, you'll have the opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for discount rewards.
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?
Please contact our customer service by emailing us at customerservice@omorovicza.com and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Will I be able to use my points/rewards in-store?
At the Mayfair Institute, you'll earn points for products and treatments purchased directly from us. Please note that you won't earn points for purchases made at third-party stores or our Budapest Institute.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Certainly. Should you decide to return the complete order, we will reimburse you for the total amount spent after the discount has been applied. Furthermore, the points you utilized to redeem the discount will be reinstated into your rewards account.
Why can I only redeem my points in Euros?
Although our customers are able to shop and checkout in multiple currencies, our rewards points are based on our EUR currency. At checkout you will have a drop down with points redemption amounts in Euros, but don't worry these can be used against all orders regardless of currency and the equivalent amount will be taken off your order.

How do I receive my birthday gift?
